What do the cases hold?
Choose the case capacity that matches your setup. The 6-vial and 12-vial cases use individual removable sleeves, while the 8-vial + large bottle case includes eight small-vial positions plus space for one larger bottle up to 30 mL.
Which sleeve size should I choose?
Available sleeve-size selections are 2 mL, 3 mL, and 5 mL. Choose the size that matches the vials you plan to store. Each included sleeve set uses one selected size.
Can I mix colors?
Yes. Select Mix & Match (+$5). Your main Color selection becomes the base color, then use the Mix & Match Colors field on the product page to list your lid, tray, and sleeve colors.
Can I request a color that is not listed?
Yes. Our eight Core PLA Colors are the colors we regularly stock, but other colors may be available by request. Availability and pricing can vary.
Are the vials or bottles included?
No. Product photos may show vials or bottles for fit and scale, but the listing is for the 3D-printed storage case and included printed components only.
What material are the cases made from?
Cases are 3D printed in PLA. Visible layer lines and minor surface variation are normal characteristics of the 3D-printing process.
How should I clean the case?
Wipe or hand-clean with mild soap and cool-to-lukewarm water. Avoid dishwashers, boiling water, or prolonged high heat, which can deform PLA.
Are the cases medical devices?
No. Lone Mountain 3D cases are storage and organization accessories only and are not medical devices.
How long will my order take?
Standard retail orders typically require 2–4 business days of processing time before shipping. Carrier transit time is additional. Larger wholesale or highly customized orders may require additional production time.
Do you offer wholesale or business orders?
Yes. We offer wholesale pricing for larger-quantity business orders, along with custom color combinations and other customization options when available. What is your return policy?
For standard products, request a return within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and approved standard returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos; the restocking fee does not apply when the issue is our error.
