This website is operated by Lone Mountain 3D. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Lone Mountain 3D.

By visiting our website or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced on this website.

Products

Lone Mountain 3D produces 3D-printed storage and organization products, accessories, case components, limited-edition designs, and custom-order products.

Because our products are 3D printed, normal manufacturing characteristics such as visible layer lines, slight texture variations, or minor cosmetic differences may occur. These are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and are not necessarily considered defects.

Product colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, filament production batches, and other factors.

Product Use

Lone Mountain 3D products are sold as storage and organization accessories only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Any vials, bottles, or other items shown in product photographs are for demonstration purposes only and are not included unless the product listing specifically states otherwise.

Orders

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable materials, production limitations, or requests that we are unable to fulfill.

If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Pricing

Prices and product availability may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed, except in cases of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Custom Orders

Custom colors, special configurations, business orders, branding requests, and other custom work may require additional pricing and production time.

Custom or personalized products may become final sale once production has started. Any applicable terms will be discussed before custom production begins.

Shipping

Shipping rates and available delivery methods are shown during checkout. Please review our Shipping Policy for additional information regarding processing, delivery, tracking, and damaged packages.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Standard eligible returns must generally be requested within 14 days of delivery and may be subject to return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Lone Mountain 3D name, logo, original product designs, graphics, photographs, website content, and other original materials are owned by Lone Mountain 3D or used with permission.

You may not reproduce, copy, manufacture from, distribute, or commercially use our original designs, photographs, branding, or website content without prior written permission.

Prohibited Use

You may not use this website or our products for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, submit fraudulent information, or violate the intellectual property rights of Lone Mountain 3D or another party.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Except where otherwise required by law, our products and website are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every product will be completely free from minor cosmetic variation associated with 3D printing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lone Mountain 3D will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
