Which sleeve size should I choose?
Choose 2 mL, 3 mL, or 5 mL based on the vials you plan to store. The included sleeve set uses one selected size. If you are unsure, compare your vial dimensions with our Size & Fit Guide.
What comes with the case?
Your case includes the base, lid, removable tray, and a full set of sleeves in the size you select. Vials, bottles, and other items shown in photos are not included.
Can I mix colors?
Yes. Select Mix & Match (+$5). Your main Color selection becomes the base color, then enter the lid, tray, and sleeve colors in the Mix & Match field.
How long does my order take to process?
Standard retail orders typically require 2–4 business days of processing time before shipping. Carrier transit time is additional. Larger wholesale or highly customized orders may require more time.
How should I clean 3D-printed PLA?
Hand-clean with mild soap and cool-to-lukewarm water. Avoid dishwashers, boiling water, prolonged high heat, or leaving PLA in very hot environments.
